EXCLUSIVE 24th June 2008, Palm Springs, California. 76-year-old Cheeta, star of many Hollywood Tarzan films of the 1930s and 1940s, is coming out of retirement. Recognized as the oldest chimpanzee alive, the Palm Springs resident has just signed a record deal. To celebrate the signing, Cheeta made a promo music video to accompany his cover of the 1975 hit song 'Convoy'. Pictured with Cheeta signing the contract is record exec.
