26th October 2007.Long Beach, California. Long Beach has been named one of the Top 9 Dog-Friendly Cities in the USA by Dog Fancy Magazine. You can see why at the annual 'Haute Dog Howl'oween Parade'. The world's largest canine-themed Halloween event, saw hundreds of dogs in outrageous outfits. Americans spend an astonishing $41 billion a year on their furry friends.
